So that everyone has the best possible experience when they come here, we work closely with Croydon Council, the Metropolitan Police and other organisations to ensure these activities are effectively controlled and managed.
In the last year alone, we have enabled the delivery of around 165 approved activities in North End, ranging from street entertainment, busking and fairground rides, to product promotions and leafleting.
Planning to organise an activity in North End?
If you’re hoping to use North End for any type of activity, you must first submit to us a full and detailed application regarding what’s proposed. Please be aware: at least 28 days' notice is required before any event is proposed to take place.
Each application will be considered by Croydon BID and the North End Advisory Group. Once your application is received, you will be contacted within seven days regarding the outcome.

You must also ensure your event is run safely and without causing nuisance - including noise - to businesses and other users of the town centre. In this respect, you may wish or be required to carry out a risk assessment and take steps to mitigate the likelihood of causing nuisance, damage to property, public disorder, or injury to any persons.
