Clip ‘n Climb Croydon
Croydon’s brand-new Clip ‘n Climb centre opens its doors on Monday 16 February – just in time for half-term! Designed with families in mind, the centre offers an exciting mix of challenges, ranging from the daring Vertical Drop Slide to gentler climbs for building confidence.
Parents can take a relaxing seat nearby at the on-site South Ridge Café, serving up a range of hot and cold drinks with tasty snacks.
National Gallery: Art On Your Doorstep
Discover life-sized reproductions of paintings from the National Gallery in a free outdoor exhibition across Croydon, with locations including the Queen’s Gardens, Whitgift Shopping Centre, and Croydon Minster. Look out for masterpieces from Leonardo da Vinci, Monet, Picasso, and more.
Families can also join drop-in workshops led by artist Rachel Gadsden and inspired by the exhibition, with each creation contributing towards the collective Croydon Masterpiece!
Two sessions will take place in the Croydon Clocktower atrium on Friday 20 & Saturday 21 February.
Flip Out Croydon
Bounce into a world of fun this February at Flip Out Croydon! Whether you’re soaring across the trampolines, taking on a round of mini-golf, battling it out on laser quest, or getting stuck into a game of interactive football, the centre is bursting with fun activities to jump into.
Flip Out is also extending its opening hours from Friday 13 to Monday 23 February for maximum half-term play. Visit between 10am–6pm, Sunday to Friday, and 10am–7pm on Saturdays.
Vue Croydon Grants
There’s a variety of family flicks to catch on the big screen this half-term at Vue Croydon Grants. Whether it’s the newly released GOAT or the crowd-favourite Zootropolis 2, you can catch every blockbuster hit from just £6.99 when booked online.
Si5 Spy Missions
Your mission this half-term, should you choose to accept it? Work together with your crew to save London from the evil Agent Malice! Climb through vents, dodge lasers, crack safes, and hack computers before time runs out. Your mission will be led by a dedicated guide who can tailor the experience to your group’s skill level.
PLAYBOX Croydon
PLAYBOX are bringing back their popular Kids Play Free offer for the February half-term! With a minimum of one paying adult, up to two children can dive into an afternoon of Smart Darts, Shuffleboard, and Karaoke. Round off your day out by grabbing a bite from one of BOXPARK’s 20 vibrant street food traders – perfect for catering to a family of picky eaters!

The Ludoquist
