The BFT Studio is set to open on the ground floor of AMP House, 4/5-7 Dingwall Road, positioned opposite BOXPARK and a two-minute walk from East Croydon Station.
BFT offers a variety of intensive 50 minute group training sessions focused on strength, cardio and core stability and more.
