To make the experience even more special, Croydon BID, BOXPARK & PLAYBOX are launching a new Elf-naming competition. Last year’s winning Elf name was ‘Elfis,’ and now the 2025 Scout Elf® is ready for a fresh, magical moniker!
Visitors can submit their name suggestions on Instagram @boxparkcroydon. The winning name will be announced on 1st December, with the lucky winner receiving £50 in BOXPARK food vouchers, £50 BOXPARK bar vouchers and a free family gaming session at PLAYBOX.
Families are also invited to join the fun with BOXPARK’s mini The Elf on the Shelf® adventure, taking place daily throughout December. Each day, a mischievous mini Scout Elf® will appear in a new spot around the venues – from mixing up mocktails at the bar to playing games in PLAYBOX, or joining the festive fun among the food traders. Families can hunt down the elf, snap a selfie, and show their photo at the bar to receive a special festive treat to take home.
