The Checkout Croydon Card is a free digital discount card offering exclusive deals across food, drink, retail, and leisure businesses in Croydon town centre. It’s part of a Croydon BID initiative to reward local spending and support our town centre.

The Checkout Croydon Card is available to anyone – whether you live, work, study or are simply visiting Croydon. If you love a good deal and want to support local, the Checkout Croydon Card is for you.

Once you’ve signed up at www.croydonbid.com/checkout-croydon, your personalised digital Checkout Croydon Card will be sent to you. You can easily add it to your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay (Android) with just one click.

The Checkout Croydon Card is primarily a digital card designed for easy use on your mobile phone. However, for exceptional circumstances where digital access isn’t possible, we have a limited number of printed cards available. These must be collected in person from LSBU Croydon, 3 Wellesley Road, Croydon. If you wish to apply for a printed card, please get in touch with us at hello@croydonbid.com.

We ask for your first name, last name, date of birth, and email to personalise your card and send it directly to you. Your date of birth allows us to work with local businesses to offer you birthday-related deals in the future. Your data will never be shared without your consent.

No problem! Simply return to your original confirmation email and click the download link again. If you can’t find it, get in touch at hello@croydonbid.com and we’ll resend your card.

If you wish to remove your digital card and have your data deleted from the our system, please email us at hello@croydonbid.com and we’ll process your request in line with data protection regulations.

We’re sorry to hear that. All stores that are listing on our website are part of the Checkout Croydon Card scheme and are briefed to accept the Checkout Croydon Card. No, you won’t usually be asked for identification. However, some offers may have age restrictions (e.g. alcohol-related deals), so you may be asked to show proof of age in line with licensing laws. Please check individual offer terms and conditions to see any usage restrictions.
