By day, Costa Del Croydon continues to offer a free, accessible summer experience for families and local residents of all ages. Returning favourites include the splash zone, mini go-karts, trampolines and chill-out areas. Visitors can expect a lively programme of activities, interactive games and workshops running throughout the day, from dance workshops to classic pier-side games like hook-a-duck.
Even more F&B options will be available to enjoy this year, with a rotating line-up of independent vendors bringing a mix of treats, street food, international flavours, and refreshing summer drinks to the rooftop. Whether you’re looking for a fun-filled day out or a chilled summer evening with a cocktail in hand, Costa Del Croydon has something for everyone.
NEW for 2026: The Beach Club (Thursdays, 5pm–8pm)
Launching this year, the new ‘Beach Club’ series introduces a curated after-hours programme for adults, taking place every Thursday evening in August. Inspired by South London music, culture and nightlife, the rooftop series will bring fresh after-hours energy to Croydon’s urban beach, blending street food, music, DJs and live entertainment against a sunset city backdrop.
Each week will feature a different theme, from garage DJ nights, drag-hosted lip sync battles and pre-carnival dancehall acts to sip & paint sessions to music bingo. The line-up will celebrate South London talent alongside established names, setting the tone for buzzy evenings to relax, drink and socialise as the sun goes down. Acts to be announced soon!
To extend the community benefit further Centrale & Whitgift will be working with Croydon Voluntary Action (CVA) again this year on Costa Del Croydon. CVA will host days across August giving local groups the chance to showcase their talents and performances. Eight slots will be available, with applications reviewed by URW’s Social Value team, the Centrale team, and CVA, ensuring a diverse and engaging programme for all.
And because this is Britain, Costa Del Croydon is ready for all weather conditions, with selected activities moving indoors during wet weather to keep the summer fun going.
Tickets are free and available to book online, with limited walk-up availability each day.
