Croydon BID takes action for National BCRP Awareness Week

Croydon BID took an active role in the first-ever National BCRP Awareness Week, highlighting the importance of the Croydon Business Crime Reduction Partnership (CBCP) in tackling crime and improving safety across the town centre.
The National Association of Business Crime Partnerships (NABCP) marked the first-ever National Business Crime Reduction Partnerships (BCRP) Awareness Week from 17th March 2025, spotlighting the crucial role BCRPs play in tackling business-related crime and antisocial behaviour.

As part of this national initiative, Croydon BID actively participated through the Croydon Business Crime Reduction Partnership (CBCP), a collaborative network that brings together local businesses, Croydon Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), and Croydon Council to enhance safety and security across the town centre.

Throughout the week, Croydon BID delivered a series of activities to assist businesses in crime prevention and intelligence sharing.

What is the CBCP?
