Reflecting on her new appointment, she said:

Having been part of the Croydon BID board for 2.5 years, a life-long Croydon resident and an employer in Croydon, I am both honoured and excited to step into the role of Chair of this important organisation. Croydon is at a pivotal moment, and I am eager to work alongside the wider Croydon BID team and our business community to build on our successes and navigate the challenges ahead. My goal is to support Croydon on her come back journey, making the town centre a place that we can all take pride in, now and in the future, and for others to see what I love so much about this resilient town centre.
