Clients referred to Smart Works are first involved in a bespoke dressing consultation where they’ll receive high quality professional outfits to fill them with confidence for their upcoming interviews. This is followed by a one to one coaching session led by a trained Smart Works volunteer, who’ll provide valuable preparation for passing the interview. 69% of Smart Works clients secure employment within a month of their appointment, these women are then welcomed back to receive a working wardrobe to last until their first pay cheque.
