Tortilla owners Brandon and Jen Stephens grew up eating tacos and burritos in San Francisco but when they moved to London they couldn’t find the same level of joy from taquerias across the city. The couple sought to bring an end to this by opening their own store, Tortilla in Islington in 2007.
