Vegan Shack was first established in Dimeji & Saffron’s 1-bedroom apartment in Salford Quays, Manchester with a straightforward mission…to make delicious plant-based fast food accessible.
After spending his last bit of money on some ingredients, Dimeji began working on some recipes and putting a simple 3 item menu together. After a taste test with some of their friends who lived in the apartment building, it was clear this was something that Manchester was missing.
Now its time for Croydon to experience the Vegan Shack!
