£90m West Croydon Development Deal is Great News for Locals.

A £90 million deal has been sealed to develop a new centrepiece on the St Michael’s courtyard site next to West Croydon station; with an attractive public square, shops, cafes and 232 new homes – 55% of which will be affordable.
This incredible development deal acquired by London Square Partners and Clarion Housing Group will be a key part of the West Croydon Masterplan and create a new gateway to Croydon town centre. Award-winning South London firm, Assael Architecture, has designed the development, which will feature two brick buildings, of 21 and 25 storeys tall and 947m2 of commercial space, and retail and offices at street level with views over to the listed St Michael and All Angels Church. There’ll be pedestrian links to the station and new shopping centre.
