Croydon Literary Festival returns next month

Croydon Literary Festival is back and promises to be bigger and better with its latest programme.

The second annual festival will be taking place on Saturday 27th October from 9:30am, at four different venues: Braithwaite Hall, David Lean Cinema, Croydon Central Library and The Spread Eagle Pub and Theatre.

Highlights include talks by Television’s Wish You Were Here travel-show presenter John Carter, Food writer Leah Hyslop, Mills and Boon Author Elaine Canham and journalist Lesley-Ann Jones. The programme also includes The Reader Leader workshops, meet the author for younger readers and the opportunity to hear from writers across the genres including crime, non-fiction, comedy, history and even erotica.
