Eligibility:
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Croydon BID, Centrale & Whitgift Shopping Centres, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrants confirm that they meet these eligibility criteria.

Entry Method:
Participants can enter the competition via the specified Instagram post by submitting a name in the comment section.

Entry Period:
The competition will run from 21st November 2024 to 25th November 2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected by Croydon BID and announced on 26th November 2024. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

Prizes:
The prize consists of digital gift card from Pandora. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold or substituted for cash.

Disqualification:
Entries that are incomplete, provide false information, or include rude, offensive, discriminatory language, swear words, or any inappropriate content will be disqualified. Additionally, any attempts to manipulate the competition process will result in immediate disqualification. Please ensure all submissions are respectful and adhere to the spirit of the competition.

Cancellation:
Croydon BID reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond their control.

Data Processing:
By entering the competition, participants agree to the processing of their personal data by Croydon BID for the purposes of administering the competition and notifying the winners.

Notification and Claiming Prizes:
Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and must supply a contact email to claim their prize within 72 hours. If a prize is unclaimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected. Prizes will be delivered to winners via email.
