Eligibility:
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Croydon BID, BOXPARK, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrants confirm that they meet these eligibility criteria.

Entry Method:
Participants can enter the competition via the specified Instagram post by submitting a name in the comment section.

Entry Period:
The competition will run from 27th November 2025 to 1st December 2025. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.

Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected by Croydon BID and BOXPARK and will be announced on 1st December 2025. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from BOXPARK Croydon and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

Prizes:
The prize consists of £50 in BOXPARK food vouchers, £50 BOXPARK bar vouchers and a free family gaming session at PLAYBOX. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold or substituted for cash.

Disqualification:
Entries that are incomplete, provide false information, or include rude, offensive, discriminatory language, swear words, or any inappropriate content will be disqualified. Additionally, any attempts to manipulate the competition process will result in immediate disqualification. Please ensure all submissions are respectful and adhere to the spirit of the competition.

Cancellation:
Croydon BID and BOXPARK reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond their control.

Data Processing:
By entering the competition, participants agree to the processing of their personal data by Croydon BID and BOXPARK for the purposes of administering the competition and notifying the winners.

All personal data provided in connection with this competition will be processed and stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and any subsequent UK data protection legislation.

Notification and Claiming Prizes:
Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and must supply a contact email to claim their prize. If a prize is unclaimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected. Prizes will be delivered to the winner via email.
