Eligibility:
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Croydon BID, Centrale & Whitgift Shopping Centres, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrants confirm that they meet these eligibility criteria.
Entry Method:
Participants can enter the competition via the specified Instagram post by following Croydon BID and Centrale & Whitgift Shopping Centres’ Instagram accounts, liking the post, and tagging a friend in the comments.
Entry Period:
The competition will run from 14th November 2024 to 28th November 2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on 29th November 2024. Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be selected.
Prizes:
The prize bundle consists of digital gift cards from various levy-paying businesses, totalling £600 in value:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold or substituted for cash.
Disqualification:
Entries that are incomplete, provide false information, or attempt to manipulate the competition process will be disqualified.
Cancellation:
Croydon BID and Centrale & Whitgift Shopping Centres reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond their control.
Data Processing:
By entering the competition, participants agree to the processing of their personal data by Croydon BID for the purposes of administering the competition and notifying the winners.

All personal data provided in connection with this competition will be processed and stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and any subsequent UK data protection legislation. Notification and Claiming Prizes:
Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and must supply a contact email to claim their prize within 72 hours. If a prize is unclaimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and a new winner may be selected. Prizes will be delivered to winners via email.
