After delighting thousands of families last year, this one-of-a-kind experience is back to take you on an unforgettable journey to the North Pole. Step inside our magical lift and prepare to take flight through twinkling clouds and snow-covered mountains before landing at Santa’s cosy grotto.
There, you’ll meet Santa himself, share your Christmas wishes and every child will receive a cuddly reindeer plush toy, in a new 2025 colour, to take home.

New Group bookings
Group bookings are now available! Families and friends can enjoy discounted group rates, with tickets priced at £5.50 per child for groups of four or more. Each booking includes two free adult tickets, with additional adults just £2 each.
