Your Ultimate Guide to Croydon Pride: Drag Brunches, After Parties, and More!

Croydon Pride returns on Saturday 20th July, and while this year’s PrideFest might be smaller in scale, the excitement is bigger than ever.
From workshops to live drag performances, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Dive into our essential guide to make sure you don’t miss a thing in the town centre on the day:

1.    Croydon’s Mini PrideFest

This year the PrideFest will be taking place on the high street, opposite Grants, from 12pm to 6pm. The festival will have a bar, street food, stalls and a stage. Featuring on stage will be a spectacular lineup of emerging Croydon talent, which can be found here. There will also be a vibrant walking parade kicking off from Marks and Spencer on North End at 2pm.

2.    Croydon Clocktower Celebrates Pride

Croydon Clocktower will come to life for Croydon PrideFest with activities for children, families and adults from 11am to 1:30pm. Children can get parade ready with craftivism, badge making and face painting activities while adults can join a Pleasure Activism Workshop and a Queer Croydon talk on community.

3.   Queer Croydon BOXPARK Takeover

BOXPARK Croydon’s main stage area will be transformed with stunning performances led by local DJs and artists, further showcasing the energy and vibrancy of Croydon’s Queer community. Tickets are available here.

4.    Drag Brunch at the Slug & Lettuce

Celebrate Croydon Pride in style with Slug & Lettuce’s spectacular drag queen brunch hosted by the fabulous O.O.A.K Queen! Not to be missed are the spectacular Raving Rainbow Cocktails, complimentary for all pre booked guests on arrival! Book your table here.

5.    After Party at The Ludoquist

6.    Pride Party at The Ship

Celebrate love, life and music as Croydon pride festivities continue at The Ship. Get ready to dance the night away to all the cheesy classics, floor fillers, and sing-along anthems!

7.    Drag Brunch at The Store

The Store stages their inaugural drag queen brunch, with Candy Heals as your host. Get ready for a boozy afternoon of dazzling drag performances, games, challenges, guaranteed laughter! Book your table here.

8.    After Party at Funhouse

Kandyhaus takes over Funhouse Croydon for a dynamic PrideFest after party, with a wonderful drag lineup followed by an electric DJ set, keeping the party going until close. Book tickets here.

9.    Pride Special at The Oval Tavern

Their Majesties is hosting a Pride Special with an amazing lineup of local talent. Hosted by Asifa Lahore, Merlin The Grey, and Shepherd’s Bush, expect a show with heart, laughter, emotion, and the usual special brand of chaos! Free entry all night. Starts 21:30 until late.
