We’ve been at the heart of Croydon town centre for the past 15 years, putting the interests and priorities of the local business community first.

With backing from over 400 businesses and organisations across retail, hospitality, leisure, and public sectors, we bring new ideas, services, and initiatives to life – things that make a real difference for Croydon town centre.

Our vision is to make Croydon town centre even more sustainable, welcoming, and vibrant – a place where people continue to enjoy living, working, shopping, and visiting.

Croydon BID awarded industry national accreditation

The BID Foundation’s Industry Standards was awarded to Croydon BID in recognition of its standards of transparency and responsible governance, following an independent review process.

The Standards highlight information and documentation that should be made publicly accessible and easily identifiable by every BID and are independently accredited by the Institute of Place Management.
