We are the Croydon Business Improvement District (BID)

We’ve been at the heart of Croydon town centre for the past 15 years, putting the interests and priorities of the local business community first.

With backing from 400+ organisations across the retail, commercial, leisure, hospitality and public sectors, we were set up to help make a real difference to the town, by introducing initiatives and much-needed services that would not otherwise exist.

Our vision is for Croydon to become one of the most sustainable, welcoming, vibrant and culturally diverse locations in south London in which to do business, work, live and visit.

Croydon BID awarded industry national accreditation

The BID Foundation’s Industry Standards was awarded to Croydon BID in recognition of its standards of transparency and responsible governance, following an independent review process.

The Standards highlight information and documentation that should be made publicly accessible and easily identifiable by every BID and are independently accredited by the Institute of Place Management.

Croydon BID Business Proposal

We are committed to addressing the challenges the town centre faces with practical and innovative solutions, championing your interests on matters that most affect your business.

Our business proposal highlights how through the delivery of innovative projects and services, we will manage not just fundamental needs but also deliver activities that enliven and enrich our town centre.

Together, we are committed to delivering value to the area in order to build firmer foundations for sustainable economic growth.
